Executive Chef Ingrid Funes
Executive Chef Ingrid Funes’ culinary roots run deep. She comes from a lineage of talented cooks, including her mother who ran a small restaurant and instilled in her a sense of pride and passion for the craft. Because of this, she learned early on that being a chef required hard work, and that it required a passion for food and those you prepare it for.
Her cooking style is simple: create menus that focus on bringing out the true flavors of each individual ingredient in the dish, and use the best product possible. As the head chef of Cusp Dining & Drinks, Funes plays with bold and colorful ingredients, bursting with flavor. She often uses her family’s recipes as inspiration in her dishes, and enjoys making guests happy with unexpected flavors. It’s what keeps her going.
